There is no other mentorship like this. This is a personalized coaching program with real estate investor, entrepreneur, and author Eric Martel.

Eric wanted to replicate the support he received from his mentor when he bought his first apartment building at 18 years of age.

You will receive direct one on one mentorship with Eric Martel who has completed over 200 real estate single-family and multi-family transactions.

Eric will help you analyze your resources and capabilities and align them with your goals to ensure your success.

Eric’s philosophy on coaching is that the only way you learn is by doing the work yourself. Eric will be there to support you every step of the way but you must do the work to learn the skills and enjoy the thrill of accomplishing your goal.

This is a three month program. Obviously you won’t achieve financial freedom in three months but Eric will set you up with the right strategy, the right tools and resources to get you there. Eric can also provide additional support even after completion of this program.

Requirements:

• Must dedicate a minimum of 8 hours a week
• Must have at least $100,000 liquid asset
